  • China air rage incidents caught on camera

China has spent billions on building some of the largest and most modern airports in the world. But much to everyone's embarrassment, it seems unable to get planes to fly between them on schedule. Last month, only 18 per cent of the 22,000 flights out of Beijing's Capital airport departed on time, according to the aviation research company FlightStats, making it the worst major airport in the world in terms of punctuality. Shanghai was scarcely any better, with only 24 per cent of flights from Hongqiao airport leaving on time. Indeed, not a single Chinese airport managed to get even half their flights to leave on time. The constant delays have seen mobs of angry passengers mount at least eight large protests at departure gates in the last two months, two of which saw staff physically beate...

Crazy illegal items, weapons and creatures withheld at airport security Subscribe to our channel: http://goo.gl/9CwQhg For copyright matters please contact us at: david.f@valnetinc.com Description: For any of us that have flown in an airplane, we know that air travel is one of the biggest headaches known to man. In addition to the extraordinarily high ticket prices, most of us also have to pay a luggage fee, along with convenient upgrades, plus the overpriced airport food. And if you want to check a bag, you’re confined to numerous rules and restrictions to what you can and can’t bring. Of course, with all of the recent terrorist attacks and September 11th, many are skittish about the intentions of other passengers, so the Transportation Security Administration was created in 2001 in order to help secure the airways and ports in the United States. But despite the presence of the TSA, people will still try to smuggle in odd things that are not limited to, but including drugs, animals, bugs, plants, and more. For example, a woman was stopped in an airport in Melbourne when it was noticed that she was making strange and watery noises. Security then gave her a more detailed pat down and discovered that she have over 51 different kinds of exotic and tropical fish under her clothes in 15 little bags, stored in pockets. If that wasn’t bizarre enough, a total of eighteen severed heads were discovered in shipment at O’Hare in Chicago, which of course made the media go crazy with the headlines. It was later discovered that the heads were in the process of a legitimate shipment between medical facilities in Rome and Chicago. Talk about people losing their head over something that ended up being legitimate! While you’re on vacation, of course there is always that one souvenir that you can’t resist bringing home with you. One traveler was out scuba diving and discovered a coral-covered cannonball in the midst of an 18th century shipwreck. Even though the traveler’s intentions were purely innocent, the airport had to shut down and be evacuated, since cannonballs are considered to be explosives. Then of course people just have to fly with their animals and plants. One man was discovered to have brought 30 dead snakes that were venomous, from his trip to South Korea. Was he trying to bring home a souvenir? Or needed supplies to create a deadly poison? Then a woman was discovered to have packed a (sedated) 2 month old tiger cub in her suitcase. She was arrested and the cub was taken to a sanctuary for tigers. Speaking of animals, a man was also stopped in Los Angeles after an exotic bird flew from his suitcase. He also had 50 rare orchids as well as hid two monkeys in his pants. And of course, people will try to smuggle drugs in. One guy actually had a real broken legs and managed to create a cast made from eleven pounds of cocaine. He might have been able to have gotten away with it if it wasn’t for the additional cocaine that was found in his bag. --------------------------------------------------------------- Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheRichest.org Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheRichest_Com Instagram: http://instagram.com/therichest --------------------------------------------------------------- Featuring: Dead Snakes 18 Severed Heads Cannonball Wheel of Pain 200 Tarantulas Tiger cub Cocaine cast Monkeys in man’s underwear Lipstick Stun Gun 51 Tropical fish --------------------------------------------------------------- Music Track: Automation --------------------------------------------------------------- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.therichest.com/

Several others would die before they could be rescued. Over the next two months, the survivors endured harsh winter weather, avalanches, & resorted to extreme measures to survive. The chartered flight departed on October 12th while transporting the Old Christians Club rugby union team along with members' friends & family from Montevideo, Uruguay heading for Santiago, Chile for a match. But due to bad weather conditions, the plane landed in Mendoza, Argentina to wait out the storm. It departed again the next day with its 45 passengers to finish its journey, which included flying over the Andes mountain range. Because of the weather, the pilot was unable to fly his plane over the mountains & instead, was forced to fly around them. On that particular day, however, the cloud cover was so intense that it caused the pilot to miscalculate where the plane was in relation to the mountains. As a result, the plane crashed into the side of a mountain near Malargue, Argentina, instantly killing 12 of its passengers upon impact. Within days, six more passengers—including the only doctor on board—died, leaving just 27 people alive. The survivors were left with very little food & water & virtually no winter clothing or footwear to protect them from the cold, snowy weather. Two medical students onboard the flight survived & were able to erect makeshift splints for various injuries, including broken arms & legs. When the plane did not arrive to Santiago as expected, Chile, Argentina, & Uruguay sent out search parties to find the missing plane. But because the plane was white, it blended in with the snow, making it nearly impossible to find. The search team was called off after eight days, a fact that the survivors were aware of since they had a transistor radio & heard the news of the search team giving up. Since the passengers had little food with no means of obtaining any more as there were no animals or vegetation to be found, the group resorted to eating the flesh of dead passengers to survive after much deliberation. Some of the passengers had reservations about doing this but eventually decided to do so in order to stay alive. One more month had passed & the survivors were still stranded when suddenly, an avalanche killed eight more people. And by December 12th–nearly two months after the crash, two men from the group decided to take a dangerous journey seeking help for the group. The trek lasted over a week & involved scaling a mountain then hiking down into a valley. But Nando Parrado & Roberto Canessa ultimately succeeded in making contact with another human being. On December 20th, 70 days after the crash, Parrado and Canessa came across three men on horseback, to whom they communicated their situation. The riders realized they were survivors of the crash & immediately sought help. In the end, the remaining survivors were rescued from the wreckage after an arduous rescue mission that concluded two days before Christmas. 16 passengers total survived 72 days after the crash. Since this incredible event, books, movies, & documentaries have been published recalling the crash & the ensuing struggle for survival. A feature film entitled Alive: Miracle in the Andes was also produced in 1993. Number 6: China Airlines Flight 611 May 25th, 2002: China Airlines Flight 611 is leaving Taiwan for Hong Kong when it disintegrates in mid-air, killing all 225 passengers on board. To this day, it remains the deadliest aviation accident in Taiwan's history. The plane was flying at approximately 35,000 feet 20 minutes after takeoff when they lost contact with air traffic control. The plane disintegrated in mid-air soon after, with the wreckage crashing into the Taiwan Strait. The crew—which was comprised of Captain Ching-Fong Yi, first officer Yea Shyong Shieh, & flight engineer Sen Kua Choa—were all very experienced & did not appear to make any errors that led to the accident. A recovery effort turned up the remains of 176 people, many of which were found floating in the ocean. An investigation into the

From the Swissair Flight 111, to the Tenerife Airport Accident, these are the 11 Biggest Airplane Accidents ! Learn about the BIGGEST of everything Monday, Wednesday, and Friday just subscribe! # 7 American Airlines Flight 191 Just moments after the takeoff of Flight 191 on May 25, 1979, the plane barrel rolled and crashed into the ground. The left wing had engine malfunctioned, causing it to lift above the right wing and ultimately start rolling out of control. It crashed into an open field in Des Plaines, Illinois. The crash resulted in 273 deaths on board which include 2 victims on the ground. # 6 Korean Air Flight 801 On August 6, 1997, Korean Air Flight 801 crashed in the US territory of Guam killing 228 of the 254 passengers on board. The flight was scheduled August 5-6 to take a team of Guamanian athletes to the South Pacific Mini Games in American Samoa when it crashed. The flight was under the command of 42-year-old Captain Park Yong-Chul who was one of the most experienced and capable fliers in the industry. However, due to heavy rain affecting visibility, the plane landed three nautical miles short of a landing strip. The flight engineer warned the pilots that the airplane was not in sight despite beginning a steep descent slope. Eventually, the vessel would fly directly into the mountain resulting in a crash. # 5 TWA Flight 800 Trans World Airlines Flight 800, also known as TWA Flight 800 was a Boeing 747-100 that exploded in the middle of its flight and crashed into the Atlantic Ocean near East Moriches, New York. It happened on July 17, 1996, at 8:31 PM, just 12 minutes after takeoff from JFK International Airport. Many believed that the explosion was caused by a terrorist attack that resulted in all 230 people on board dying. A four-year investigation concluded that the explosion wasn’t caused by terrorists, but rather an explosion of flammable fuel/air vapors in a fuel tank that may have been caused by a short circuit. However, conspiracy theories about the flight are pervasive as many don’t believe the inconclusive cause of the crash. # 4 Lauda Air flight 004 Lauda Air flight 004 was an international passenger flight that crashed on May 26th, 1991 due to an unintended deployment of a thrust reverse in the middle of the flight. The crash resulted in the death of 213 passengers and 10 of the onboard crew. The plane’s reverse thrusters deployed while traveling over the mountainous jungle area in Thailand. The crew did not take sufficient action when they received a warning that the thrusters had deployed and the plane fell into a diving left turn. # 3 Pan Am Flight 103 Lockerbie Bombing Pan Am Flight 103 was a normal scheduled flight on December 21st, 1998 from Frankfurt to Detroit but during the transatlantic leg of the route it was destroyed by a bomb and would be known as the Lockerbie Bombing. The plane crashed onto residential areas of Lockerbie Scotland and killing 11 people on the ground, and all 259 people on board including the crew. A three-year investigation revealed that two Libyan national were responsible for the bombing and that it was likely in collaboration with Muammar Gaddafi. # 2 1996 Air Africa Crash The 1996 Air Africa crash occurred on January 8th when an overloaded aircraft from Moscow Airways bound in for Kahemba Airport severely overshot the runway and plowed directly into the nearby street market. Four out of the 6 onboard crew members survived but the crash resulted in 225 fatalities and 253 serious injuries on the ground as a result of the plane plowing through. This is the largest number of non-passenger deaths as a result of an airplane crash in history. # 1 Tenerife Airport Disaster On March 27, 1977, two Boeing 747 passenger jets crashed together on the runway of Tenerife North Airport in Spain. A bomb explosion at Gran Canaria Airport with the threat of a second bomb caused many aircrafts to be diverted to the Tenerife North Airport. Two of these included the KLM Flight 4805 and Pan Am Flight 1736 which crashed together at the airport when traffic controllers were forced to park several planes on the runway. Then a dense fog formed and combined with everything else resulted in the crash. The total fatalities include 583 and 61 injuries.

http://www.democracynow.org - Two Ithaca, New York, residents have been released on bond after refusing to answer questions about their immigration status as they attempted to board a domestic flight in Texas. Omar Figueredo and Nancy Morales were stopped twice by Border Patrol agents before they could proceed to a security checkpoint at an airport in Brownsville. Both times they refused to disclose their citizenship status. The first time, they missed their flight. After returning a second time and refusing to answer again, they were arrested by police and held for roughly seven hours. They documented both incidents on video. Democracy Now! spoke with Omar Figueredo after he was released on Tuesday. Omar Figueredo: "What I was really trying to accomplish was to put into question the authority that the Border Patrol has to harass and to force people to answer questions that they don't have to answer when they're traveling within the 60-to-100-mile border zone in the U.S." Both Omar Figueredo and Nancy Morales are U.S. citizens. Omar said his action was part of a larger trend of people refusing to answer what they say are unwarranted and racially targeted questions at Border Patrol checkpoints, and then uploading video footage online. The constant delays have seen mobs of angry passengers mount at least eight large protests at departure gates in the last two months, two of which saw staff physically beaten. There is even a new Chinese phrase for the rampaging hordes: the "kong nu zu", or "air rage tribe". On Thursday July 18, more than 30 passengers broke through security and stormed the runway at Nanchang airport after being delayed for seven hours by bad weather. The weekend before, passengers in Shanghai tried to rip off an attendant's name badge before hitting her in the head. In the subsequent fracas, two airport staff were hospitalised and three passengers arrested. Other incidents have seen passengers faint on planes that were held on the runway for full days, and cabin crew assaulted by enraged customers.

Courtesy: FAA http://bit.ly/hUvyOy An updated FAA animation of the Tenerife accident. KLM Flight 4805, Boeing 747-206B, PH-BUF, ground collision with Pan American Flight 1736, Boeing 747-121, N735PA Location: Tenerife, Canary Islands (Spain) Date: March 27, 1977 Both aircraft - KLM Flight 4805, a Boeing 747-206B, Reg. No. PH-BUF; and Pan American (Pan Am) Flight 1736, a Boeing 747-121, Reg. No. N736PA, - had been diverted to Los Rodeos Airport on the Spanish island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands due to a bombing at the airport at their final destination, the neighboring island of Gran Canaria. Later, when flights to Gran Canaria resumed, the aircraft collided on the runway in Tenerife as the KLM Boeing 747 initiated a takeoff while the Pan Am aircraft was using the runway to taxi. The Spanish investigative authority, Subsecretaria de Aviacion Civil, found that the fundamental cause of the accident was the KLM captain: 1. Took off without clearance; 2. Did not obey the "stand by for take off" direction from the tower; 3. Did not interrupt take off on learning that the Pan Am aircraft was still on the runway; and 4. In reply to the KLM flight engineer's query as to whether the Pan Am aircraft had already left the runway, the KLM captain replied emphatically in the affirmative. The investigation also believed that the KLM captain's decision to take off may have been influenced by revised crew duty time limitations recently enacted by the Dutch government. The restrictions were inflexible and highly penalizing to the captain, if exceeded. With a total of 583 fatalities, the crash remains the deadliest accident in aviation history. All 248 passengers and crew aboard the KLM flight were killed. There were also 335 fatalities and 61 survivors on the Pan Am flight.
